Repairs & Maintenance
DCL has a fully equipped workshop with trained engineers and technicians to offer maintenance and repairs on all hardware that it supplies. All necessary and commonly used spares and accessories are kept at all times to ensure a quick response.

Depending upon the type of hardware, DCL may also maintain and repair other equipment sold by third parties after evaluation by our team.

DCL aims are to give total satisfaction to its customers by minimizing delivery, repairs and maintenance time.
We offer a full maintenance support service for any reported fault by telephone or fax. This service is free of charge for any equipment still under the warranty period of twelve months after the contractual delivery date.

Our workshop is manned by a team of qualified technicians and engineers trained to repair and maintain equipment and accessories under our portfolio.

Our workshop is also responsible for the assembly and delivery of PCs and PC products on site.

All equipment carries a warranty which varies between 1 to 3 years depending upon manufacturer and products. Certain accessories may carry only three months warranty which will be clearly specified at time of purchase.

Clients have the options of purchasing additional guarantee through agreement after their warranty period.
